Client Support Advisor - Client Success Team

The Client Support Advisor (CSA) is responsible for assisting in client support, care and education for Higher Logic clients on the Connected Community Software Plattform.  The CSA is responsible for ensuring consistent client care through excellent client service, troubleshooting and commitment to overseeing clients' success.  This role is a hybrid position of telecommuting (working from home) and being in an office based in the Washington, DC Metro Area (Tyson’s Corner).

.NET Developer - Integration Team

As a .NET Developer on the implementation team you will be responsible for integration tasks for multiple client implementation projects and facilitating the launch of each client’s private community site. This position is a junior position but with a great opportunity to learn and advance to more significant roles within the company. You can enjoy a blend of telecommuting (working from home) and meetings at our offices. Required skills include prior experience with .NET, C#, SQL and other related development tools.
