The International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) includes about 22,000 members worldwide whose mission is to enhance the success of career-minded administrative professionals by providing opportunities for growth through education, community building and leadership development. With more than 500 chapters and divisions, IAAP utilizes IAAP Web Community, an interactive website, designed to keep IAAP's members connecting with each other and sharing ideas through online discussions, blogs, document libraries and much more. IAAP Web Community is also host to over 200 component (chapter) websites.

Ben McClanahan joined IAAP in September of 2009 and his duties include managing IAAP's web presence and assisting more than 200 chapters and divisions with their individual websites.
