The release includes enhanced integration with Salesforce to simplify profile updates and ensure data integrity across systems. Innovative personalization capabilities, including Topic Communities and personalized digests and activity feeds, streamline access to the content that is most relevant to members. And a fully integrated Higher Logic Workspace module makes collaboration easier than ever. Enhanced Salesforce Integration – Higher Logic’s integration with Salesforce is now more robust, enabling users to edit their Salesforce profile without leaving their Higher Logic Community. This feature ensures data consistency across the two platforms. Members benefit by being able to easily ensure the information they share with the community is up-to-date. Meanwhile, sales and customer success teams automatically have access to the most accurate customer information in Salesforce.

Personalization Features – Delivering a personalized experience enables community users to work smarter and faster within the core discussion experience. Topic Communities, a new type of community, provide members with personalized content categorized into topics. Members can choose which topics they are interested in, then Higher Logic will observe their activity and suggest other possible topics of interest. This allows for personalizing activity feeds and digest emails, ensuring members always see the content most relevant to them.

Higher Logic Workspace – The Higher Logic Workspace module is now fully integrated into the Higher Logic platform, so members enjoy a single, simple interface for accessing the advanced collaboration capabilities. Higher Logic Workspace enables geographically distributed groups to easily work together on large, long-term projects, such as developing industry standards and specifications or building out highly complex processes and workflows.
