  • Build out initial volunteer opportunities alongside customer
  • Build automation rule touchpoints and emails alongside customer

Mentoring Launch Package

Higher Logic will build out and execute:

  • Member video on how to enroll to be used on enrollment page
  • Member video on how to search for a mentor/mentee and how to accept requests
  • Module Launch day support
    • Could include updating page view permissions
    • Could be done in 2 parts
    • Soft launch: Launch the mentor enrollment page only
    • Full launch: Launch the entire module
  • Provide an updated option for the mentoring homepage
  • Build automation rule touchpoints and emails alongside customer
  • Create Mentoring specific communities

Engagement

Community Health Audit and Roadmap

Higher Logic will build out and execute:

  • Key community metrics pulled on a quarterly basis.
    • Total log-ins, unique log-ins, discussion posts, unique discussion contributors, resource views, digest open rates.
    • View findings compared to Higher Logic benchmarks
    • Your Higher Logic Advisor will suggest tactics based on findings
  • Roadmap developed based on community and organization goals
  • Roadmaps will look at 6 months at a time and reviewed quarterly to make any necessary adjustments, based on community health

Community Engagement Package

Higher Logic will build out and execute:

  • Create a content calendar to organize different types of content (blogs, posts, resources, AMAs, Tip Tuesdays) that align with the goals of the community.
    • Calendar divided into 3, 6, 9 months at a time.
    • Calendar will be adjusted as needed with organic engagement and events
  • Community reporting (threads, library, search terms) monitored to see what types of content are most engaging.
  • Seed Content Outreach
  • Up to 2x per year as needed
    • Recruit a subset of community members to provide seed content.
    • Send automation rule email with the ask and expectations.
    • Organize posts and establish posting schedule in main content calendar.
  • Automation rule emails: management, design and execution.

Moderation Package

Higher Logic will manage your community moderation:

  • 2x per day, start and end of business day
  • Manage and update watch words
  • Respond to members/users that have a post moderated
