Higher Logic’s Subject Rights Request 

Exercising your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act 

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). 

To the extent provided for by law and subject to applicable exceptions, California residents have certain privacy rights in relation to the Personal Data that Higher Logic collects. These include in particular: 

  • The right to know what Personal Data we have collected and how we have used and disclosed that Personal Data; 
  • The right to correct inaccurate Personal Data 
  • The right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing of Personal Data 
  • The right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Data 
  • The right to request deletion of your Personal Data; 
  • The right to be free from discrimination relating to the exercise of any of your privacy rights. 

 

As a California Resident, you may exercise your right to know or to delete by contacting Higher Logic by email to srr@higherlogic.com or by telephone at 202-360-4402.  Please include the following information in your inquiry: 

  1. First and Last Name 
  1. Email Address 
  1. Phone number 
  1. Company (if applicable) 
  1. The nature of your request 

We will acknowledge any request to know or to delete within 10 days of receipt, and we aim to respond to such requests within 45 days. If we need more than 45 days to respond to your request to know or delete, we will inform you accordingly.  Please note that we may need to ask for additional information to properly verify your request. 

If Higher Logic handles your personal data as part of a service to one of our organizational customers, we may ask that you provide us with additional information so we can forward your request to the correct customer.  Alternatively, you may wish to reach out to the business directly to complete your request. 

If for some reason we are unable to process your request, we will provide a response explaining why.  Any data that you provide in your request will be used for the sole purpose of verifying, processing and responding to your request.
