Higher Logic Sub-processors
Higher Logic uses certain sub-processors to assist it in providing the Higher Logic Software Services as described in the Agreement. Defined terms used here shall have the same meaning as defined in the Agreement.
What is a Sub-processor
A “Sub-processor” means any Processor engaged by Higher Logic to assist in fulfilling its obligations with respect to providing the Software Services pursuant to the Agreement or our DPA where such entity processes Subscriber’s Data.
Higher Logic Thrive and Higher Logic Vanilla engage different types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below.
