Today, we announced the launch of our latest innovation, which is purpose-built for your association and your members. We’re building on the foundation you know and love to bring you Higher Logic Thrive, a complete solution for creating powerful member experiences, easily.
We’ve launched over 200,000 communities for our customers, and we channel billions of messages and conversations every year. These experiences and lessons learned are reflected in Higher Logic Thrive. With this new platform, our goal was simple, and it mirrors yours: move the member experience to the center of everything.
Higher Logic Thrive does this by bringing together the features and business processes you need to support the entire member lifecycle in one place. With our integrated solution, you can build engagement and host events in a dynamic online community, tailor communications to your audience with powerful marketing tools, and process membership payments and renewals.
Why Higher Logic Thrive Matters for Associations (and Your Members)
We know siloed technology and outdated processes often keep you from focusing on what matters. That’s why Higher Logic Thrive Platform prioritizes powerful and simple. We combined community, marketing, and membership management into one integrated platform that’s built with your needs in mind. This way, whether you have a team of five or a team of fifty, you can accomplish your member engagement goals, easily.
With Higher Logic Thrive, you can start quickly with tailored, association-specific best practices. And so much is possible:
- Smooth processes keep your membership organization running, which is why we’ve included lots of pre-built automated campaigns. You can use these to implement efficient, proven workflows for things like renewals and onboarding.
- Members want personalized experiences, so show them the community events that are right for them (and manage those events!). Set permissions so that your board has a private space to talk. Use dynamic email content so that the right story shows up for the right audience.
- When you need to grow, enhance your community with third-party integrations and industry-leading expansion packs.
- Paying for membership and managing the process is easy – just use a few simple tools to set prices, take payments, and create discounts right in the platform.
Higher Logic Thrive is designed just for you. Each feature is carefully created to meet the existing and future needs of your association and members. You can simplify your tech stack and save time, all while creating valuable, personal member experiences.
