Higher Logic Thrive Platform Plus Points Menu
As part of Higher Logic Thrive Platform Plus, Higher Logic offers customers:
- Plus Planning Session: Up to one (1) hour session HL Platform Plus Planning Session (beginning session) to plan and coordinate projects, tasks, and work together
- Plus Flex Session: Up to one (1) hour session for flexible time with HL Platform Advisor and customer
- Plus Point Quarterly: Simple report outlining points used, remaining points, items completed, and suggestions for next items for Plus offerings.
- Points for Projects/Tasks: Customer to select points from menu below to be used during one contract year. Points do not carryover so it’s important to plan ahead.
Customers have points to be used over the course of a subscription year of their Term for sessions or tasks with their HL Platform Advisor. Point values are determined by scope, level of complexity and time. For items with a range of point values or not listed below please discuss with HL Platform Advisor.
